Mr. Mahesh, a keen practitioner of Participatory Leadership Style with over 16 years of experience in some of India's largest Automotive organizations with an expertise in planning, production, Control, logistics, vendor development and general management. He supports consulting and advisory services in production, planning and control (PPC), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics for local and international firms in a variety of industries including manufacturing, SME’s, wholesalers and retailers of consumer durables. He incorporates his experience and ideas in meeting the training needs for technical staff including production personnel and middle management in SCM, logistics and general management.

Mr. Vasudev - Senior Resource Person

Vasudev has more than 14 years of experience in personality development, career guidance and counseling for educational institutions and NGO’s.  He has developed EDP for various organizations for lower and middle level management. His core strengths are in the area of learning, development, insurance and journalism, having undergone training in several behavioral areas and currently is focused on the life altering methods and techniques of grooming oneself.  Vasudev has designed and conducted several in-house and customized programs in the behavioral and soft skills area.
